The bill (Reg. No. 2341a) suggests continue (to the end of the current fiscal year) funding of state registries, the register-keepers of which are the Ministry of Justice and the central body of executive power that ensures implementation of state policy in the spheres of state registration of acts of civil status, state registration of rights to immovable property, state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. Under the existing requirements of paragraph 2 of clause 1 of Final Provisions of the Law “On State Budget of Ukraine for 2013” such funding should be carried out until July 1, 2013.
